Job summary

Performance Team is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic in Stockton, CA to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve conveyor systems and material handling equipment in a warehouse setting. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and facility equipment to ensure reliability and uptime.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with conveyors, can work independently and with the team, and is committed to safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Experience with conveyor systems: bearings, belts, chains, motors, gearboxes.
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and document work electronically.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyor systems and material handling equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical components including bearings, rollers, belts, chains, motors, and gearboxes.
Assist in troubleshooting basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Observe equipment operation and identify potential failures or performance issues.
Follow OSHA, LOTO and safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
