Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a Warehouse Control Supervisor in Westborough, MA to lead the Warehouse Control team and coordinate daily warehouse work via Blue Yonder. You will partner with Operations, Inventory Control, Shipping, Receiving, and Transportation to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate inventory.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in warehouse or distribution, supervisory experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum three years in warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or distribution center.

Responsibilities

Supervise and develop the Warehouse Control Coordinator team.
Assign daily responsibilities and establish work priorities.
Oversee warehouse work release and execution through the Warehouse Management System.
Monitor warehouse workload and adjust operational priorities.
Coordinate replenishment activities to maintain inventory availability.
Partner with Operations leadership to balance work across warehouse departments.
Ensure timely communication of operational priorities, inventory constraints, and system issues.
Monitor customer order completion and support on-time load departures.
Escalate operational risks and develop corrective action plans.
Review Warehouse Management System exceptions and ensure timely resolution.
Support inventory accuracy by partnering with Inventory Control on replenishment and inventory discrepancies.
Review daily warehouse performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve workflow and productivity.
Train, coach, and develop Warehouse Control Coordinators.
Assist with implementation of new warehouse processes and Warehouse Management System enhancements.
Promote a culture focused on safety, teamwork, customer service, and continuous improvement.
