Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes a positive, team‑oriented work environment and proactive communication.

• Ensures orientation, training, materials, evaluations, and coaching for staff.
