Job summary

CG Family Foods is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee operations across two facilities in Agawam, MA. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, safety, and continuous process improvement to support long-term growth.

You will lead a hands-on team, drive Lean initiatives, and partner with cross-functional groups to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain leadership experience.
• 3+ years managing warehouse teams in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience overseeing multiple warehouse locations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations across two facilities, including receiving, storage, shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, FIFO, lot control, and best practices.
• Maintain clean, organized, audit-ready warehouse environments.
• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, service levels, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, FSMA, OSHA, and company safety standards.
