Job summary

Excel Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations and lead inventory control efforts. You will plan workloads, train staff, monitor performance, and enforce safety standards while ensuring accurate inventory records and timely order fulfillment.

In this role you will provide reports to management, coordinate with clients and vendors, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Prior WMS and forklift experience are preferred for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• 2+ years in a personnel supervisory capacity.
• Technical proficiency with WMS and MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and direct daily warehouse work; adjust staffing and task assignments to meet operational needs.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and cross-training for existing staff.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and productivity; address performance concerns and provide input to evaluations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide reports to management and assist with scheduling.
