Cumberland Farms is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Systems Analyst to advance warehouse performance through data-driven CI, WMS support, and cross-functional project coordination.

You will develop dashboards, analyze key metrics, and document processes while collaborating with multiple departments to optimize operations and reporting. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and CI/Supply Chain experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or APICS certification preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse ops, supply chain, logistics, analytics, or CI.

Responsibilities

• Support CI initiatives across Warehouse Operations.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting using Excel and Power BI.
• Analyze productivity, labor, inventory, replenishment, and service metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional warehouse projects from planning to implementation.
• Create SOPs and training materials; support system changes and documentation.
