Job summary

Learning Resources is seeking a Director of Continuous Improvement to lead the design, optimization, and performance of warehouse systems, analytics, and infrastructure across our distribution network. You will drive a multi-functional team to deliver data-driven improvements, enable scalable technology, and ensure a successful go-live of a new automated distribution center.

Your leadership will span IT, engineering, operations, and external partners to deliver KPI dashboards, cost improvements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
