• Oversee the Slotting team, Analyst team, and Mission Control teams supporting the 24/7 shipping and receiving operation.
• Develop business cases with baselines, KPIs, and financial impacts for potential projects.
• Engage stakeholders cross-functionally to ensure project alignment and support for initiatives.
• Lead process improvement activities (e.g., Kaizen) and drive Lean/DMAIC methodologies across the organization.
