Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 3+ years in warehouse automation, material handling technologies, industrial engineering or warehouse systems integration (Preferred).
• 2+ years or more in Demonstrated experience in warehouse automation (Preferred).
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management operations, data analytics, Lean methods (Beginner).
• Knowledge of material handling equipment and automation types; CAD, racking, packaging, and automation design (Beginner).
• Experience with data viz tools like Tableau/Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation technology evaluation and ROI analysis for new business sales projects.
• Support design validation to ensure operational performance and cost efficiency.
• Assist in SOW validation and gap analysis using FSD Checklist process.
• Coordinate design reviews and vendor collateral for tech reviews and RFIs/RFPs.
• Manage smaller projects' milestones, punch lists, and on-site SAT preparations.
