Job summary

JBAndrews in Atlanta seeks an IT Project Manager II to join the Customer Service team. You will lead software modernization, upgrades, and implementation across a network of automated facilities, taking ownership from design through final delivery.

The role requires software implementation experience with warehouse automation knowledge, and travel up to 30% across the USA with some international travel to Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of intralogistics automation software and process design experience.
• Experience in software implementation, professional services, IT project management or software project delivery.
• Strong understanding of warehouse automation and complex material-flow processes.
• Familiarity with warehouse technologies and software interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse automation software projects from definition through implementation and delivery.
• Clarify requirements, interfaces and project scope with customers.
• Coordinate software planning, testing, commissioning and site implementation activities.
• Translate project requirements into deliverables for internal teams.
• Develop and coordinate test plans including factory, internal and customer acceptance testing.
• Track timelines and communicate project status to customers and senior stakeholders.
• Manage integration topics between software and surrounding customer systems.
