MHS Lift seeks an Integrated Solutions Systems Project Manager to lead the design and deployment of cutting-edge warehouse automation, conveyors, robotics, and material handling systems for clients ranging from local businesses to Fortune 500 companies. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 5+ years of PM experience in automation environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field.
5+ years of project management experience in automation, material handling, warehouse systems, robotics, AMRs/AGVs, conveyors, or related environments.
Experience managing technical design and system implementation projects.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings, CAD layouts, and system designs.
Strong understanding of warehouse automation and material handling technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Define project scope and objectives with customers, sales, engineering, and executive leadership.
Manage implementation of warehouse automation and integrated material handling systems.
Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain clear communication with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
Manage project documentation, reporting, and closeout activities.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout implementation.
Support continuous improvement and help drive adoption of project management best practices across the organization.
