Job summary

TFT Global (USA) Inc. is seeking a senior automation professional to advance warehouse automation projects across North America. The role involves evaluating new technologies, leading cross-functional implementation, and ensuring high accuracy in automotive logistics environments.

You will work with operations, IT/OT, quality, and maintenance teams to design and deploy automation, including conveyors, AS/RS, AMRs/AGVs, and integration with WMS/WCS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Transformation of manual warehouse operations through automation
• Hands-on automation project execution in warehousing
• Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and automotive logistics

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new automation technologies and determine practical applications
• Stay current on robotics, AI-based picking, vision systems, and IIoT
• Lead end-to-end automation projects from concept through handover
• Design automation for automotive parts with mixed SKUs and high accuracy
• Support JIT/JIS logistics and improve dock-to-stock time
• Collaborate with operations, IT/OT, quality, and maintenance teams
