JBAndrews is recruiting for a Site Operations Manager for a leading global warehouse automation and intralogistics organization. The role oversees a sizeable 24/7 maintenance operation, driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement across a highly automated distribution site.

The incumbent will lead a multi-shift technical team, manage budgets, and serve as the senior interface between the automation provider and customer, ensuring reliability and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in operations, maintenance, logistics, or related industrial environment.
• Leadership experience at senior operations roles (e.g., Operations Manager).
• Track record leading sizeable teams in high-throughput operations.

• Lead and develop a multi-shift maintenance and engineering organization in a 24/7 automated environment.
• Own site performance and ensure service levels and targets are met.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as senior point of contact for operations matters.
