Job summary

BlueSkye Automation seeks an Implementation Project Manager to lead large-scale robotics and automation projects from initiation to handover. You’ll partner with sales, solutions, and customers to define scope, drive timelines, and ensure successful delivery across multiple domains including IT, facilities, and systems integration.

The role requires travel up to 75% and a background in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years’ Project Management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to project sites.
• PMI/PMP or PMI/ACP certifications preferred; Lean/Agile exposure beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Champion project delivery through the full lifecycle (initiation, execution, closure).
• Coordinate internal and external teams across logistics, installation, IT, and training to deliver on time and on budget.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder communications.
