Job summary

OnTrac is hiring seasonal warehouse helpers in Kentwood, MI. Earn $18.50 per hour with weekly pay and a $500 seasonal bonus*. Training will be provided; no prior warehouse experience is required.

Shifts run early morning, about 22–28 hours per week, with overtime when needed. Be at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., and ready to lift packages up to 50 pounds while keeping an active pace.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts (weekends/holidays).
• Able to pass pre-employment checks including background check where required.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages.
• Work in hot or cold environments in warehouse settings.
• Keep workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their destination safely and on time.

Location: 4647 60th St SE, Suite 400 Kentwood, MI. 49512

Pay: $18.50/hr

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: SeasonalPart-Time

Shift: 3:00 AM to 8:30 AM or End of Sort.Variable days; approximately 4-5 days/week
Typical Shift Length: Approximately 22-28 hours total
End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift

• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
