Job summary

OnTrac is hiring for a seasonal warehouse associate in Kentwood, MI, starting soon. Shifts run early mornings, typically 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM, with 4–5 days a week and weekly pay.

No experience required as training is provided, and a $500 seasonal bonus is offered for eligible hires. You'll safely unload, sort, move, and load packages up to 50 pounds, stand or walk for long periods, and work in temperature-variable environments.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation: Repeatedly lift packages as described above; Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment.
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Location: 4647 60th St SE, Suite 400 Kentwood, MI. 49512

Pay: $18.00/hr

Shift 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM or End of Sort. Variable days; approximately 4-5 days/week.

Typical Shift Length: Approximately 18-23 hours total.
End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

Season Duration*: 10/27/2026 to 01/01/2026

• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
