Job summary

OnTrac in Dayton, OH is hiring for a seasonal part-time role with early morning shifts. Earn $16.50 per hour with overtime eligibility and weekly pay. Training is provided and no previous warehouse experience is required.

The job involves unloading, sorting, and loading packages, standing or walking long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. Shifts run 4:00 AM to 7:00 AM or end of sort, about 4–5 days per week, with plenty of opportunity to gain practical experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available to work scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays when needed.
• Able to meet pre-employment requirements including a background check where permitted by law.
• Able to repeatedly lift packages and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Able to work in varying warehouse temperatures and overtime when needed.
• No previous warehouse experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently during the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods and perform bending, lifting, reaching and repetitive tasks.
• Work in hot or cold environments and keep workspace organized and ready for action.
• Assist packages to reach their next destination safely and on time.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
