Job summary

OnTrac is seeking Seasonal Package Handler in Smyrna, GA. Earn $16.50 per hour with overtime eligibility. This seasonal part-time role runs Thu–Sun with a 3:00 AM start, about 5 hours per shift, and a short season window from 11/02/2026 to 01/01/2027.

No experience is required. Training is provided; you must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States. Seasonal bonuses are available and extra holiday pay applies in certain scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep your work area organized and ready for action.
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Location: 6300 Highlands Parkway SE, Smyrna, GA 30082

Pay: $16.50/hr

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: Seasonal Part-Time

Shift: Thursday through Sunday | 3:00 AM start

Typical Shift Length: Approximately 5 hours

End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

What You'll Need

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
