Job summary

OnTrac in Lexington, KY is seeking seasonal warehouse workers for early‑morning shifts. You will unload, sort, move, and load packages, standing for long periods and lifting 30–50 pounds. OT eligibility applies; pay is $17.50 per hour.

Season runs 10/27 to 01/01 with weekly pay and flexible shift options; no prior warehouse experience required as training is provided. Pre‑employment checks and U.S. work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Able to meet pre‑employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• No previous warehouse experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds during your shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods; bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat as needed.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures; keep workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Pay: $17.50

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: 4:00AM – 8:00AM or End of Sort

(7 options):

Saturday - Wednesday

Sunday - Thursday

Monday - Friday

Tuesday - Saturday

Wednesday - Sunday

Thursday - Monday

Friday - Tuesday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre‑employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
