Job summary

OnTrac is hiring for a Seasonal Package Handler in Jessup, MD. The role offers weekly pay, overtime when needed, and a seasonal bonus. Shifts run Friday through Tuesday with a 2:00 AM start and typical shift length of about five hours.

Eligible candidates must be 18+, authorized to work in the United States, and willing to work weekends/holidays. Training is provided and potential opportunities beyond the season may exist.

• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently
• Keep work area organized and ready for action
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

Pay: $17.50/hr

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: SeasonalPart-Time

Shift: Friday through Tuesday | 2:00 AM start

Typical Shift Length: Approximately 5 hours

End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
