OnTrac in Smyrna, GA is hiring Seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler for the holiday season. Earn $16.50 per hour with weekly pay and overtime eligibility, and take part in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You'll unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds, work early morning shifts, and enjoy seasonal bonuses and flexible schedules. No prior warehouse experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment.
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

THE QUICK FACTS

Seasonal Bonus*: $500

Location: 6300 Highlands Parkway SE, Smyrna, GA 30082

Pay: $16.50/hr

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift

• Saturday through Wednesday 3:00 AM - 8:30 AM or End of Sort
• Thursday through Sunday 3:00 AM - 8:30 AM or End of Sort
• Monday through Friday 3:00 AM - 8:30 AM or End of Sort
• Monday through Friday 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

What You’ll Need

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre‑employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

• Seasonal bonus eligibility, amount and payment requirements may vary by location and assignment. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
• Seasonal Employment: This is a temporary seasonal position. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends based on eligibility and availability. Continued employment is not guaranteed.
