Job summary

OnTrac in Upper Marlboro, MD is seeking seasonal warehouse associates for overnight shifts. You will unload, sort, move and load packages up to 30–50 pounds, participate in team lifts, and help keep the workspace organized and safe.

The role includes standing, walking, bending and lifting for extended periods in a warehouse environment, with overtime, weekly pay, and flexible shift options. Must be 18+, authorized to work in the US, and able to pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above.
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment.
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Job description

THE QUICK FACTS

Location: 6000 Fallard Drive, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772

Pay: $17.65

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift:

Saturday through Wednesday 3:30 AM to 7:30 AM or End of Sort

Wednesday through Sunday 3:30 AM to 7:30 AM or End of Sort

Thursday through Monday 3:30 AM to 7:30 AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
