OnTrac in Desoto, TX is hiring a seasonal warehouse associate to unload, sort, and load packages during the 3:30PM–2:00AM shift (or end of sort). Pay is $18.00 per hour with overtime eligibility and weekly pay; season runs 10/27 to 01/01 with a $500 bonus and opportunities beyond the season.

You will handle packages weighing 30–50 pounds, work in varying warehouse temperatures, and perform physical tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

Qualificações

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Must meet pre-employment requirements (background check where permitted).
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move packages; stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures and overtime when needed.

Pay: $18.00

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: 3:30PM – 2:00AM or End of Sort

(2 options):

Sunday - Wednesday

Thursday - Saturday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration*: 10/27 to 01/01

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre‑employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
