OnTrac in Georgetown, TX is hiring seasonal warehouse associates for early morning shifts. Pay is $17.10 per hour, with overtime opportunities as required by law.

Shifts run from 3:45 AM to 9:00 AM or until end of sort, with multiple weekly options and varying hours based on business needs. Responsibilities include unloading, sorting, lifting packages up to 50 pounds, keeping areas clean and organized, and ensuring timely delivery to the next destination.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to meet pre-employment requirements including background checks.
• Ability to repeatedly lift packages and perform physical tasks as described.

• Work in hot or cold environments with variable temperatures in warehouse.
• Keep workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: 3:45AM – 9:00AM or End of Sort

(7 options):

• Saturday - Wednesday
• Sunday - Thursday
• Monday - Friday
• Tuesday - Saturday
• Wednesday - Sunday
• Thursday - Monday
• Friday - Tuesday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
