OnTrac is hiring for a seasonal warehouse associate in Desoto, TX. Earn $18.00 per hour with overtime eligibility. Shifts run 9PM–2:00AM or End of Sort, Sundays to Wednesdays or Thursdays to Saturdays, from 10/27 to 01/01.

Seasonal bonus of $500 and weekly pay are available. No warehouse experience required; training provided. Responsibilities include safely unloading, sorting, loading, and lifting packages up to 30–50 pounds, standing/walking for long periods, and teamwork to reach destinations

Location: 802 East Centre Park Blvd, Desoto, TX 75115

Pay: $18.00

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: 9PM – 2:00AM or End of Sort

(2 options):

Sunday - Wednesday

Thursday - Saturday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration*: 10/27 to 01/01

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
