Job summary

OnTrac is hiring seasonal warehouse staff in the United States. Earn $18.50 per hour with weekly pay and a seasonal bonus; no prior warehouse experience is required as training is provided. Shifts run early morning with 22–28 hours per week and potential overtime in hot or cold environments.

Seasonal duration from late October to early January, with opportunities beyond the season. All you need is to be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., dependable, and available for weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Ability to repeatedly lift packages and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures and keep workspace organized.

Pay: $18.50/hr

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: SeasonalPart-Time

Shift: 3:00 AM to 8:30 AM or End of Sort.Variable days; approximately 4-5 days week
Typical Shift Length: Approximately 22-28 hours total
End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
