OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a seasonal role in Fife, WA. You will unload trailers, sort packages by zip codes, and load trucks for deliveries while standing for extended periods and lifting up to 75 lbs as required. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

- Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
- Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
- Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
- Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
- Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
- Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
- Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
- Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
- Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Repeatedly lift packages as described above
- Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
- Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
- No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
