OnTrac in Knoxville, TN is seeking seasonal warehouse staff to safely unload, sort, move, and load packages during early morning shifts. Earn $16.00 per hour with weekly pay, seasonal bonus, and overtime where applicable. Flexible shift patterns are offered, with various weekly schedules and temps handling items up to 50 lb.

Season duration runs from 10/27 to 01/01, and positions include paid sick leave and holiday premium pay. Training is provided; prior warehouse experience is not required.

• No prior warehouse experience required. Training provided.
• Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Able to meet pre-employment requirements including a background check where permitted by law.
• Able to repetitively lift packages and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in hot or cold environments and keep workspace organized.

Pay: $16.00

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: 4:00AM - 8:00AM or End of Sort

(7 options):

Monday - Friday

Sunday - Thursday

Saturday - Wednesday

Friday - Tuesday

Wednesday - Sunday

Tuesday - Saturday

Thursday - Monday

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.
