Job summary

OnTrac in Fontana, CA is hiring for a seasonal warehouse associate. You will safely unload, sort, move, and load packages, and participate in team lifts while standing and walking for extended periods.

This temporary role runs from 10/27/2026 to 01/01/2027, offers weekly pay at $19.00 per hour, overtime eligibility, and a $500 seasonal bonus. Training provided; no prior warehouse experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Ability to repeatedly lift packages and stand/walk during the shift.
• No warehouse experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages up to 30-50 pounds.
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in hot or cold warehouse environments.
• Keep workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Job description

Location: 9774 Calabash Ave. Fontana, CA 92335

Pay: $19.00/HR WEEKLY Pay

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

• Monday - Thursday
• Friday - Sunday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration*: 10/27/2026 to 01/01/2027

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
