Job summary

OnTrac in Stockton, CA is seeking seasonal warehouse staff to support end-of-sort operations during the holiday peak. You will unload, sort, move, and load packages up to 30–50 pounds, stand or walk for long periods, and work in varying warehouse temperatures.

The shift runs 4:30 PM–6:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed and weekly pay. This temporary role offers training, a welcoming team, and opportunities to gain valuable logistics experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays
• Able to meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Able to repeatedly lift packages up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures
• Overtime may be required
• No prior warehouse experience required; training provided

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently during the shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during the shift
• Bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments in a warehouse setting
• Keep workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

Pay: $18.00/hr WEEKLY Pay

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shifts: 4:30PM-6:30PM

• Monday - Friday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
