Job summary

OnTrac is hiring for a Seasonal Package Handler in Lebanon, TN. Earn $19.50 per hour with weekly pay and a $500 seasonal bonus. Shift options run Monday–Thursday or Friday–Sunday, with hours from 6:00 AM to 1:30 PM or 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM; overtime may apply.

Season duration runs from 10/27/26 to 01/01/27. No prior warehouse experience is required as training is provided. This is a temporary position designed to move holiday packages efficiently.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently
• Keep your work area organized and ready for action
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time
• This is an active, hands-on job where you’ll work alongside your team to keep thousands of packages moving toward their next destination.

Earn a $500 Seasonal Bonus!*

Location: 2500 Marty Robbins Drive., Bldg 10, Lebanon, TN 37090

Pay: $19.50

Incentive Pay: Your current hourly rate of pay plus an additional $1.00 per hour weekend shift Incentive! (Friday-Sunday)

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: Seasonal

Shift: Monday - Thursday or Friday - Sunday Shift times: 6AM - 130PM, OR 1:30PM - 12:00AM End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

What You’ll Need

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above


• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift


• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages


• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift


• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
