Job summary

OnTrac is seeking seasonal warehouse workers in Lebanon, TN to unload, sort, move, and load packages during peak season. Pay starts at $19.50 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour incentive for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) and overtime eligibility in line with applicable law. Shifts run 12:30PM–12:00AM or End of Sort, with two options: Mon-Thu or Fri-Sun.

The season runs 10/27 to 01/01, plus a $500 seasonal bonus and weekly pay. Experience is not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment.
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Pay: $19.50
Incentive Pay:Your current hourly rate of pay plus an additional $1.00 per hour weekend shift Incentive! (Friday-Sunday)

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: 12:30PM – 12:00AM or End of Sort

(2 options):

Monday - Thursday

Friday - Sunday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration*: 10/27 to 01/01

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
