Job summary

YQN LINK in Houston is seeking a Warehouse Associate-Inventory Control (Bilingual Chinese) to manage returns and maintain inventory accuracy within a fast-paced international logistics environment. You will process customer return packages, enter data into the system, handle exceptions, and support re-shipments while keeping organized records and generating reports for management.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to communicate effectively in English on a daily basis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, patient, and highly organized with good time management.
• Chinese (Mandarin) speaking is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process customer return packages by unpacking, verifying contents, and sorting according to established standards
• Accurately enter return data into the system and update inventory records
• Handle exception cases (e.g., incorrect addresses, transit damage) and assist with re-shipments
• Follow up on operational tickets related to replacement shipments and product exchanges
• Maintain organized return documentation and generate reports as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
