Responsibilities

• Enter return data into the system and update inventory records.
• Handle exception cases (address issues, transit damage) and assist with re-shipments.
• Follow up on tickets related to replacement shipments and product exchanges.
• Maintain organized return documentation and generate reports as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Process customer return packages by unpacking, verifying contents, and sorting according to established standards
• Accurately enter return data into the system and update inventory records
• Handle exception cases (e.g., incorrect addresses, transit damage) and assist with re-shipments
• Follow up on operational tickets related to replacement shipments and product exchanges
• Maintain organized return documentation and generate reports as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
