YQN Logistics is seeking a Returns Associate in Katy, TX. The role involves processing customer return packages, verifying contents, and updating inventory records. You will handle exceptions, assist with re‑shipments, and follow up on tickets related to replacements while maintaining orderly documentation.

Strong English skills and organizational abilities are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; Chinese language is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer return packages by unpacking, verifying contents, and sorting according to established standards.
• Accurately enter return data into the system and update inventory records.
• Handle exception cases (e.g., incorrect addresses, transit damage) and assist with re‑shipments.
• Follow up on operational tickets related to replacement shipments and product exchanges.
• Maintain organized return documentation and generate reports as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
