Job summary

YQN invites recent graduates and early-career professionals to join as Logistics Coordination Trainee in Romeoville, IL. You will support daily inbound/outbound operations, track shipments, and collaborate with Warehouse, Transportation, Customer Service, and Operations teams.

The program emphasizes process improvement, data analysis, and gradual responsibility in warehouse operations, with Monday–Friday schedule and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with WMS, ERP, or other logistics systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred but not required.
• Flexible to work overtime or weekends when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse inbound and outbound operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Track shipment status and communicate with internal teams and external carriers.
• Monitor inventory movements and update system records accurately.
• Assist in resolving operational issues, shipping exceptions, and inventory discrepancies.
• Support warehouse supervisors with daily operational planning and execution.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Warehouse, Transportation, Customer Service, and Operations.
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and warehouse projects.
• Complete management training assignments and gradually develop the ability to independently manage warehouse operations.
