Vallen Distribution in Hillsboro, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, stock, and dispatch goods in a fast-paced distribution center. You will follow established procedures, load/unload shipments, and use forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting safety rules, work orders, and operating instructions.
• Forklift or cherry picker experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and aptitude to learn software used to track inventory.
• Ability to perform basic math for inventory counts and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Receives, moves, stocks, and ships goods following established procedures.
• Unloads, inspects, and stores incoming merchandise; checks for damage.
• Picks, packs, and dispatches outgoing orders with accuracy.
• Loads trucks for delivery and apropriates for transport.
• Operates warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and documents discrepancies.
