Vallen in Texas is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, stock, and dispatch goods in a distribution center. You will follow established procedures to handle and ship items, and use forklift, pallet jack, and related equipment.

This role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of warehouse experience; you will contribute to safety, accuracy, and efficiency while supporting day-to-day operations and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of warehouse experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work orders, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse software.
• Ability to work in a team and demonstrate attention to detail.
• Safety-minded and able to operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete shipments by processing and loading orders per schedules.
• Unload and store incoming goods, check for damage and discrepancies.
• Sort, label, move and store goods according to product codes and sequences.
• Weigh or count items and ensure conformance to standards.
• Prepare, pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods and merchandise.
