Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, stock, handle, and dispatch goods in a distribution center. You will follow established procedures, operate material handling equipment, and help maintain accurate stock records.

The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include loading shipments, unloading goods, picking/packing, and supporting inventory control.

Qualifications

• Loading, unloading, and moving goods in a warehouse.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and work orders.
• Basic computer literacy and aptitude to learn systems.
• Math skills for rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Team player who can follow instructions and adapt to processes.

Responsibilities

• Process and load orders to complete shipments.
• Unload, inspect, and store incoming goods.
• Sort, label, and store items to optimize space.
• Prepare picks, packs, and dispatch outgoing goods.
• Operate forklift or pallet jacks as needed.
• Maintain accurate stock records in the system.
• Follow safety regulations and assist in inventory.
