Job summary

SanMar-Internal is seeking a Production II associate for our Minnesota warehouse. The role involves fast-paced picking, restocking, and auditing outbound orders to ensure accuracy before invoicing and shipping, using voice or RF scanning equipment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions in a dynamic environment while working well both independently and in a team. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity required.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick product quickly and accurately from designated locations into cartons or totes using hand-scanner.
• Restock product into designated locations.
• Audit outbound orders for accuracy, seal orders, and direct to invoicing and shipping.
• Operate a voice or RF unit and ensure proper use of equipment.
• Check out equipment and return it in good condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with company policies.
