Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a warehouse associate to pick and pack outbound orders, move materials, and support proper inventory control at our facility in Menomonie, Wisconsin. The role requires operating pallet jacks and walkie riders, reading work instructions, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

You will assist in receiving inbound materials, put-away processes, replenishment, and loading orders for shipment while adhering to 5S principles and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug test and background check.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift/carry 40 lbs.
• PIT Training/ PIT License required for all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound material and put away inventory.
• Replenishment and picking of customer orders.
• Deliver orders to stage lanes and ensure accuracy.
• Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and walkie riders.
• Read and comprehend warehouse documents and work instructions.
• Follow safety and ergonomic procedures and participate in 5S housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
