Job summary

SanMar is seeking a Production II associate for our warehouse operations in Avondale, AZ. Your day will involve selecting products, restocking, and auditing orders to ensure accuracy before invoicing and shipping.

You will operate voice/RF devices, handle equipment, and strive to meet production and accuracy targets in our fast-paced distribution environment. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in warehousing help you succeed here.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of warehouse support experience.
• Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKUs.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantity.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pick products quickly and accurately from designated locations into cartons or totes as directed by hand-scanner.
• Restock products into designated locations.
• Inspect and audit outbound orders for accuracy; seal and direct to invoicing and shipping.
• Operate a voice or RF unit.
• Check out and return equipment in good condition.
• Meet production and accuracy targets and deadlines.
