Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Plymouth, MN to safely stock, organize, and manage inventory while supporting daily shipping and receiving.

You will pull customer orders for pickup or delivery and help load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveries. This role requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, basic math skills, and reliable English communication; bilingual Spanish may be required in certain locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English; bilingual Spanish may be required in some locations.
• Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery.
• Load and unload the delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
