Job summary

SanMar in the United States is seeking a Production II (NonProd) associate to support warehouse operations. You will rotate between production and pack functions, restocking, order auditing and packing duties, and use voice technology to manage totes and pick carts.

Responsibilities include accurate item picking, packing, labeling, and meeting daily production targets. The role requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years of warehouse experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adapt priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comprehend verbal and written instructions.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pick product quickly and accurately from designated locations.
• Restock product into designated locations.
• Sort, pack and label customer orders per SOP.
• Operate a voice unit or handheld scanner.
• Inspect and neatly pack orders for delivery.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
