Job summary

SanMar Corp. in Shakopee, MN is seeking a Production II associate to support warehouse activities including restocking, order auditing, and order picking. The role requires accurate picking, scanning, and timely completion of tasks in a high-volume environment.

You will inspect orders, ensure accuracy, and direct completed orders to invoicing and shipping while adhering to safety and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, labels, SKUs.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Pick product quickly and accurately from designated locations.
• Place picked items into cartons or totes per instructions.
• Inspect outbound orders for accuracy and seal them for shipment.
• Operate a voice or RF unit during tasks.
• Check out and return equipment in good condition.
• Meet production and deadline goals, plus perform other duties.
