Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a warehouse associate to support our retail location in Minnesota. Responsibilities include compiling orders, replenishing goods, stocking show floors, and assisting customers both on the floor and at their vehicles.

The role involves inventory checks, forklift operation, and maintaining safety and organization in a busy store environment. We look for friendly, organized, and hardworking individuals who thrive in a warehouse setting, with the ability to handle multiple

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to perform basic math.
• Warehouse and customer service experience required.
• Experience with heavy machinery or forklifts preferred but not required.
• Certified forklift operation via F&D (where allowed by state law).
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a busy store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and understand compliance with safety processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Restock show floor and organize merchandise to standards.
• Load out customers with correct product and assist in-store needs.
• Keep area clean and safe and assist in other areas as needed.
