Job summary

SanMar in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Production II associate to support warehouse operations. You will pick items, restock, audit orders, and ensure accurate, on-time shipments.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow directions, and reliable attendance. We offer competitive benefits and a schedule from 12:30PM to 9:00PM, plus a $1 shift differential that brings pay to $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Pick product from designated locations and place into cartons or totes as directed by the hand-scanner.
• Restock product into designated locations.
• Audit outbound orders for accuracy and compliance; seal orders and direct to invoicing and shipping.
• Operate a voice or RF device.
• Check out equipment and return in good condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and deadlines.
