Job summary

SanMar is seeking a Production II associate for our DC Warehouse. You will handle picking, auditing, and packing duties, using a voice or RF scanner to guide work and ensure accuracy.

The role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates typically have a high school diploma, 1–3 years of warehouse experience, and the ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantities, and SKUs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantities.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Pick product quickly and accurately from designated locations and place into cartons or totes as directed by the hand-scanner.
• Inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance, seal orders and direct them for invoicing and shipping.
• Operate a voice or RF unit.
• Check out equipment and return it in good condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and deadlines.
