Job summary

OnTrac is hiring seasonal warehouse associates in Santa Maria, CA. You will unload, sort, move, and load parcels, often lifting 30–50 pounds, while collaborating with a tight-knit team to keep operations running smoothly.

No prior warehouse experience is required, as we provide training. This seasonal role offers weekly pay, flexible shift options, and additional holiday money through January 2027, with potential opportunities beyond the season based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Able to meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Ability to perform repeated physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited.
• Keep workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Job description

Location: 914 W Boone St., Santa Maria, CA 93458

Pay: $17.90/hr WEEKLY Pay

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shifts: 5:30 AM - 8:45 AM
Saturday - Wednesday
Sunday - Thursday
Monday - Friday
Tuesday - Saturday
Wednesday - Sunday
Thursday - Monday
Friday - Tuesday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States

• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
