Job summary

OnTrac in Henderson, NV is hiring a Seasonal Package Handler to support holiday operations. Earn $15.50 per hour with weekly pay and a potential seasonal bonus. Training is provided and overtime opportunities may apply.

You will unload, sort, and move packages up to 50 pounds, work as part of a team, and follow safety guidelines. Shifts at 4:00am–10:00am, Sunday through Thursday (or as needed) will be available, with a season lasting 10/27/26 to 01/01/27.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Responsibilities

Pay: $15.50/hour with WEEKLY Pay

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: Seasonal Part - Time

Shift: 4:00am - 10:00am

• Sunday - Thursday
• Tuesday - Saturday
• Friday - Monday

Typical Shift Length: Approximately 6 hours End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

Season Duration: 10/27/26 to 01/01/27

What You’ll Need

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
